At PTL we genuinely manage to combine all that's best in the old and the new, offering a wide range of products, including hardwoods, softwoods and innovative engineered timber products. Our customer service is holistic, combining up-to-the-minute technical expertise and old-fashioned courtesy. As a sustainable business with environmental responsibility, we hold Chain of Custody certification and supply a range of certified timber products.
The company performs due diligence on all purchases, certified and non-certified, by risk rating all materials using a risk management tool, the 'RPP' (Responsible Purchasing Policy). A key element of the RPP is to encourage the company's suppliers towards continuous improvement.
