About the Business
In 2002 DWG was founded by David Welch, with the sole purpose of importing timber and supplying customers with a superior service to any of our competitors. Over this period of time we have developed into so much more than a timber supplier. In 2005 DWG took over a failing furniture frame manufacturer, which at the time was producing 200 frames a week with 20 employees. By 2012 DWG had turned this unit around, the weekly output was 1400 frames and there were 30 members of staff. Shortly after these figures were hit, the factory was sold. We moved our offices to Stapleford, Nottingham, and continue to do what we know best. We have worked tirelessly to bring in new business and have highlighted our target areas for growth over the next 3 years.
To add to our range of products for 2013, DWG have won the European rights to sell WVCO products. This will include Spikefast, Fastpatch, Famocrete and many other life extension products for damaged areas of infrastructure.
